Accessing and navigating available social services is complex and challenging for individuals, families and human services providers. Existing access to care systems (databases) are not effectively meeting local needs.   

We hope to improve the lives of people in Whatcom County by ensuring access to resources via an equitable, co-created, co-lead and effective resource access system.
